Those customers more likely don’t care of price, but the need a special attention to bring you good profit. So, be sure to raise your value-added services level for them, e.g including proposing personalized service, extended warranties, expedited shipping at a reduced price or simplified return.

The data required:
  • Customer database;
  • Products database;
  • Sales data broken down to SKU.

The items to be calculated
  1. Calculate average goods cost, bought by each customer in each category (the narrower the category, the better);
  2. Identify those, buying products at a cost above average, in each category.
